Cascara is made from sun-dried coffee cherry skin which can be brewed both cold or hot to create a unique, refreshing, fruit tea like beverage.

How to brew Cascara:

Cold Brew Method: 

Ratio 1:14 (cascara:water)

Time: 16 hours

Brew method: cold filtered water, allow to brew in fridge, keep cold until served! 

Hot Brew Method:

Ratio: 1:21 (cascara:water)

Dose: 12g

Water: 250g

Time: 5:00 minutes

Temperature: 93C

Brew method: Strain and serve!
