I would like to sincerely thank Danes for supporting my cafe's continued growth in a very discerning & competitive location in Manly. Our commitment to you as a customer over the past 4 years has been matched by Danes in delivering on promises made, high quality fresh coffee, excellent service and comprehensive training. Over the years, our customers have become accustomed to the specific taste profiles of our blend and we would not sacrifice this relationship for any other brand. In fact, we are intending to add a second espresso machine in the cafe to serve more customers & make more coffee, a sign of even better times still to come.

Your experience and knowledge is an invaluable resource to all the franchisees. I know they all benefited greatly by having you come and accredit them. I have had some very positive feed back. You have instilled an enthusiasm not only for the art of making the perfect cup of coffee, but in some, an enthusiasm to learn even more. That alone is a very special gift. I personally would like to thank you for allowing me the opportunity to attend and watch you in action. I learned heaps, which will benefit me greatly in my role as support manager.
