Our house blend for many years on the Northern Beaches, Caramba is the go-to café choice for its legendary Danes flavour. Beautifully balanced for milk and black styles, its legendary flavour will catch you by surprise. Its dynamic flavour is created by origins from Brazil, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and Costa Rica. Caramba means “good gracious!” in Spanish, a name that will roll over your tongue as smoothly as your next cup of this popular drop.

Roaster’s description

Black - Sweetly mild acidity and a plum-like aroma. Cocoa plays with pineapple and ends with a papaya finish.

Milk - Warm caramels and dark chocolates wind into a long malt finish.

Process - Natural/wet hulled/Washed

All recipes are designed on commercial equipment. You might find that the recipes can differ on home equipment as it may be designed slightly differently but your brew can still be just as tasty! Have a play with doses and extraction times and yields to find a profile that “Defines your Flavour”.

We have been drinking Caramba for the last 10 years. We will not deviate from this blend as it is the MOST flavoursome and consistant coffe bean I have ever brewed.

The perfect coffee to start your day

I have sampled the best coffees from around the world and I am pleased to say that in my opinion, the best coffee is Australian made and is delivered to my door each week. Danes produce some great beans and my personal favourite is Caramba with its rich smooth flavour with plenty of kick to get you going in the mornings after a long night.

As per normal. Delivery and product is excellent!!
