A premium blend of highly awarded Costa Rica Las Lajas and an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. Both origins which make up this blend are naturals, giving a full body and juicy, citrusy, fruity flavour. Created for AICA 2020, it was awarded in both black and in milk categories. A true champion black or white.

Yirgacheffe is a coffee region in Southern Ethiopia that produces distinctively floral and fruit-toned coffees from traditional varieties of Arabica long grown in the region.  This is a natural or dry-processed Yirgacheffe, meaning the beans were dried inside the fruit, encouraging a complex citrus-toned flavour profile.
