FeatureProcess: Fully Washed
Bruselas is a micro-region in the famed Huila region of Colombia, made up of small scale family owned farms. It has apricot up front, buttery mouth feel with a long lasting finish. With milk it has smooth bodied with cacao nibs upfront and dried fruit finish.
As is typical in Huila fermentation time is between 20-36 hours and subsequent drying time is 10-18 days with parabolic dryers. This processing method gives the coffee a clear flavour profile and a clean finish.
