Ethiopian Guji Tome
During our extensive evaluation of this year’s Guji crop, the Uraga woreda consistently produced some of our highest scoring lots, within the context of an already exceptional harvest. Nestled between Shakiso and Hambela, Uraga has been increasingly gaining a reputation for some of the most distinct, flavoursome coffees of Ethiopia.
Aroma: Lemon, lemonade.
Body: Tangerine acidity and pink lady apple sweetness.
Aftertaste: Fresh green grape.
