In Yirga Cheffe region, Abaya is a gem. This area is nestled between Lake Abaya on the west and the town of Yirgacheffe on the East. There has been a lot of debate about natural processed coffees. However, origin plays a vital role for a cup of flavoured-some coffee to pour which is intense in flavour. Flavour profile comes through natural process. Abaya has that intensity of cup to pair intrinsic bean with process.
