In this three day course held Monday – Wednesday every month of the year you will learn how to set procedures and recipes that Essence of Espresso 100 students can follow and adjust for your market.

Tuesday PM - 1PM-5PM: Espresso Modulation [202]

Wednesday AM - 8:00AM-12:00PM: Latte Art and why it matters [203]

Wednesday PM - 1PM-5PM: Customer Service in the changing hospitality industry [204]
