The beans we use are roasted by artisans, using techniques refined from decades of combined expertise. Every step of the way, every hand that touches our coffee from cherry to roasting, is single-mindedly dedicated to crafting outstanding coffee.

Winner of two Bronze medals at AICA 2019 for Espresso and Pour Over, Single Origin. Grown as Bourbon and Caturra varieties, this coffee is de-pulped immediately and fermented dry for 24–30 hrs, then washed 3 times and left to dry for 3-6 days.

Winner of the AICA 2019 Gold Medal in the Single Origin, Filter category and Bronze medal for Espresso Blend. This exceptional single origin coffee comes from the County of Embu, Central Kenya. The main varieties of coffee grown are SL-28, Ruiru and Batian, which grow under the shade of macadamia and grevillea trees in the rich volcanic soil.

Costa Rica Finca Las Lajas (Bronze Medal)

Winner of a Bronze medal at AICA 2019 in the Pour Over, Single Origin category. Las Lajas began producing honey coffees in 2008. The farm uses a Penagos demucilaginator to depulp the coffee, and since the coffees are all natural or honey process, very little water is used at the mill. For their Honeys, 100% of the mucilage is left on the coffee, and the coffee is dried in different ways. The Black honey process means they only turn the coffee once giving the cup bright flavours through–out.
