On behalf of all the Victorian Espresso Mobile Cafe franchisees, I would like to thank you for organising the accreditations on Monday and Tuesday of this week. Your experience and knowledge is an invaluable resource to all the franchisees. I know they all benefited greatly by having you come and accredit them. I have had some very positive feedback. You have instilled an enthusiasm not only for the art of making the perfect cup of coffee, but in some, an enthusiasm to learn even more. That alone is a very special gift. I personally would like to thank you for allowing me the opportunity to attend and watch you in action. I learned heaps, which will benefit me greatly in my role as support manager.
