representative. Stewart has been a local in this area all of his life
and is a known and respected certificate
IV trainer at the North Coast
TAFE. It would be safe to say he has
definitely been instrumental and the
driving force behind the Port Macquarie
TAFE’s cutting edge training
facility that has earned both him
and the facility a nationally recognised
reputation. Stewart continues
to build on his current knowledge to
maintain this reputation as an espresso authority in the region
which in turn has the TAFE coffee courses growing at a
phenomenal rate. Danes is proud to have Stewart growing
and supporting the customers of this region for us and is set to
dominate in one of the fastest growing areas on the north coast

Paul Frendin is our Danes Gourmet Coffee Central Coast/representative.
Paul is a local to the Central Coast and is slowly growing
the Danes reputation in the area.
In late 2006 Paul set up the first satellite
Danes Gourmet Coffee Institute
training facility in West Gosford in coordination
with Bella Treats. Paul personally
conducts the training from
his years of experience working and
training with Danes in Sydney. Paul
now has the most respected and
complete espresso training on the
Central Coast which will in turn improve the regions coffee quality
out of sight. Danes is proud to have Paul on the Danes team
to develop and service
another exciting, growing
region.
