Danes created the first 50 point test to help our wholesale customers maintain and improve their espresso standards.Did you know it was practically impossible to create a great coffee out of more than 95% of commissioned espresso machines! Not because the machines aren't capable but because they are not programmed, serviced, calibrated and/or thoroughly cleaned correctly.

The Danes Gourmet Coffee Institute® has created the first Danes 50 Point Espresso Checklist which is an objective test to assess all the vital variables that need to come together to create a great espresso. To ensure all Danes supplied cafe's are maintaining a high standard of quality control, the assessment service is provided at no charge by an accredited DGCI Barista at the cafe's request. The Danes 50 Point Espresso Checklist is an exclusive service to Danes customers, giving them the most complete espresso quality control system in the coffee industry.
